Musical Mamas of Edmonton

The Musical Mamas of Edmonton had their first official CD launch this past weekend! This very supportive group of ladies have really inspired and motivated me over the past couple of years trying to keep at my music projects while being a busy mom. A few local artists who are moms are part of this group of music professionals who meet once a month, talk about each other's music projects and end the night with an open mic. If you are an emerging artist, singer songwriter or just want to share your passion and want an audience then get out and meet this group, they welcome you with open arms! They did with me!

Here's a group shot taken Sunday where the mamas joined me for the last song of the night. Local singer songwriters Carrie Day, Shauna Specht Shauna Lynn Andrea Nixon and myself all performed a set at the amazing all ages venue The Naked Cyber Cafe in downtown Edmonton. SO much fun!
